Big waste of money

tke informed the condo assn i belong to that it needed a up to date elevator.now a year and a half later i have seen the fairview park fire department here countless times rescueing people that are stuck in the elevator.countless times it also malfuntions for calling or communication failures.the repair service is horribly slow,sometimes days for people to walk the staircase.if asked im shure that most of us would have preferred to keep the 175,000 dollars we spent on this piece of crap.buyers beware! shop before you buy,check feedback and reputation of different companies before you commit.

Doesnt show up for scheduled maintenance, records show non performing maintenance, double charging because they Dont carry equipment to maintain service. Very difficult communication, and they definitely dont care about customer satisfaction at all. And fail to identify repairs needed.

Unreachable for over 6 hours. Emergency number not in service past the recorded message. Finally, a response but cannot explain why unable to get through to the emergency number. Actually implying that I did not try numerous times. Not to mention every message left on every option about their emergency number not reachable.

Public knowledge of company practices

Thyssen Krupp installed a brand new elevator in our school. Within a year it needed warranty work which the company refused to perform. We were forced to hire another firm to fix the elevator. Our demand letters to cover the cost of warranty went unanswered. Thyssen Krupp is a dishonorable company and is misleading in telling clients that their products are under warranty.

Very displeased with continued ultimatums and demands were unacceptable.

They did not treat us like the client. Specifically their new installation superintendent Randall Fuller conspired to default, show up and leave the site and then fix reports in order to delay the work and make demands for change orders using loop holes in the agreement, there was no effort or intent to install the elevator per our agreed schedule along with total disregard the client relationship. Sad to say Randall gets his way once again because we will never use Thyssenkrupp Elevator again, they give elevator companies a bad reputation. Buyer Beware stay away from this company and stay away from Robert Fuller alias Randall Fuller.

Stay away for your own good

We are a Medical Practice on the 2nd floor and have been without an elevator for over 4 days. Service has been out 7 times to repair, patients have been stuck in the elevator for over 20 mins on 2 occasions. Service shows up and never tells anyone what they did, 30 mins later its down again. Service is the worst I have ever dealt with in 35 years in Medical Industry. This is affecting our business and not to mention post op patients that have to reschedule because they are unable to climb the stairs.

Putting residents at a serious safety risk

The elevator at Orchards at 81st in East Portland, Oregon, is new but has been out about 50% of the time since my sister moved in three months ago. She is physically disabled and lives on the 4th floor across from the elevator. It is horrible the elevator company service strands disabled residents on upper floors for days, leaving them unable to go for groceries, medications or doctor appoint appointments. They "fix" the elevator, and it immediately goes out, often the same day it is declared the elevator is fixed. Shame on you.

Incompetence unable to maintain a repair and keep it going they should be fired they should be put out of business

Broken elevator every couple of weeks, they claim to repair, then it breaks within hours. It can take three or four days to do this usually over the weekend I'm disabled I need an elevator to get up and down I live on the fourth floor and they just don't care they truly do not care this is a brand new building it's a brand new elevator and they just don't care I think they need to be shut down or at the very least find and the money given to the residence as compensation for the inconvenience and the physical damage to the repairs I've had done on my legs caused by her having to climb four flights of stairs just to get a little bit of food and do some laundry

No guarantee lift will be working

Some days the door opens and closes continuously, other days it wont open at all (meaning the stairs) Some days the call light works but the lift wont move, others not even the call light (this morning) Some days the door wont open fully on our floor so we'll have to go to the next and walk a flight. There are old people who can hardly walk several steps, let a lone get out without the lift and people with young kids. Never heard of so much trouble with am elevator.

NO elevator service for 2 WEEKS!!!

I live in a 3 story condo with one elevator. It has been down since June 5th. Today is the 12th of June. Still no SERVICE!. First the so called technician said it was the stater motor. That didn't work. Than it was a circuit board. Still waiting for parts. Very POOR SERVICE. Price of circuit board,$16,000. Plus installation. Poor judgment called by this company. They were told there were 86 year old citizens in the building & can not go up & down the steps. This a emergency situation, & should have been addressed that way.
